I am not aware of Phillip ever making a J bass, but he did make a number of these necks.
Tuners are Fender 60’s era, but I don’t know actual year.
This is an Early 80’s Phillip Kubicki J neck lined fretless, feels 60ish shape.
Wonderful playing and solid feeling neck with alder body.
